Questions people ask

How can I watch the US Open for free?

Italy is the only market on this page where the whole tournament is free to air, on SuperTennis. Austria, Australia, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Poland get part of it free: usually the singles finals, sometimes matches involving a home player. In the United States and New Zealand, Disney+ subscribers get the opening day without the paid ESPN tier. Everywhere else you need a subscription.

Who shows the US Open in the UK?

Sky Sports, on a dedicated Sky Sports Tennis channel, and on NOW if you do not have Sky. The deal is exclusive across the UK and Ireland and runs to 2027. Sky Sports

Is Eurosport still showing the US Open?

Yes. Warner Bros Discovery carries it in 49 European countries in 2026, four more than last year, with France now inside the package. The channels are Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2, and the streaming home is HBO Max with the sport add-on. usopen.org

Which countries have no confirmed broadcaster?

Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Israel. No primary or trade source names a rights holder in any of them for 2026, and Russia is explicitly carved out of the Warner Bros Discovery European deal. We would rather leave those rows empty than point you at a channel that will not be showing it.

What time does the US Open start each day?

Day sessions on Arthur Ashe Stadium usually begin at 11am New York time, which is 4pm in London, 5pm in central Europe and midnight in Sydney. Night sessions start at 7pm New York time. The outside courts open earlier. Our daily order of play page carries the confirmed start times once the referee publishes them.
