Born in Moscow, Russia on December 2, 1998, Anna Kalinskaya turned professional in 2016 after junior success including the 2016 Australian Open girls' doubles title. Her breakthrough came in 2024 with a Dubai WTA 1000 final and Australian Open quarterfinal, reaching career-high No. 11 ranking. In 2025, she reached the Washington DC final and won Madrid WTA 1000 doubles with Sorana Cirstea. As of April 2026, she is ranked No. 22 with a 11-8 YTD record, highlighted by Doha quarterfinals over Navarro and Svitolina, and Charleston quarterfinals.
